Motivational Poster - Vehicons

Do you ever wonder if Team Prime just groan with annoyance when the Vehicons enter the battlefield? They're poor shots, easy to kill and expendable - Team Prime surely must see them as pests, rather than "Decepticons are attacking!" (The Insecticons seem to be going down this path as well)

Yet the Cons seem adamant to make use of these guys, even though they always fail. Maybe I'm thinking about it too much, but when these guys appear, do you ever think "Oh no! They could kill Team Prime!" I think Buzz Lightyear had the right idea, when he saw Zerg's Hornets, he was like "Oh, you guys again."

Perhaps Megatron doesn't care? Maybe he secretly hates his troops and deliberately sends them to die so he won't have to listen to them?

I don't know, I guess what bothers me is that they have such a cool design, but it's wasted on them being fodder. If they all had Waspinator heads and talked in the stereotypical "duurrr" voice, I wouldn't think twice about it. (Minor things like bother me, you see)

Maybe a few more Killable Generic bots wouldn't hurt? Throw in a few more Tailgates and Seaprays for the Decepticons to kill? (Cliffjumper was established, he doesn't count as Generic. )
