Mortal Kombat X - Immortal D'Vorah?

So, just a funny little note I saw from the MK: X Komic. 

<SPOILER>

Reiko rips D'Vorah in half, only for her to be reborn into a new colony body? So basically, D'Vorah, like Shinnok, cannot die? No matter how badly your fatality is, she'll just get back up?

Must kind of suck, surely you still feel the pain? Remember Shinnok at the end of the story? 0.o
